I've made videos in the past, but this time, I needed to tell this story from my point of view. Short form video content is a great platform for this. Come along with me as I recruit teachers for over 90 schools in the Archdiocese of Boston. (I have a few more ideas like this in the works.)

I have run paid ads on these accounts, including national campaigns for school leadership recruitment, but the focus is organic engagement with all stakeholders. We've seen significant growth on these platforms in my team here.
